UK deliveries are charged at £2.99 for orders under £60 when using our Standard Delivery service to a single delivery address within mainland UK. Items will normally be received within 2-4 working days. All orders for Next Day service must be placed by 1pm on date of order excluding weekends to qualify for Next Day service and will be delivered the next working day thereon or the following day after if 1pm deadline has passed.
In addition to our free delivery option, the Bulb Co offers a variety of delivery options for all orders. We partner Royal Mail and Interlink for all UK deliveries. In certain circumstances, we may use other couriers to ensure that deliveries get to you.
All Deliveries are made between Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm except for weekends. Delivery options are displayed at checkout for clarity. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the delivery is subject to the terms and conditions set out by our carrier. Deliveries outside UK Mainland including but not limited to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Isles of Wright may take an extra day on Standard and Insured services.
Interlink Express will provide you with a one hour delivery window notified by text or email so you don't have to wait in all day for your parcel. If the delivery time is not convenient you can use the text or email to change the delivery date.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
The Bulb Co processes orders with careful packing and sturdy delivery cartons. Our experienced parcel prep team means that it’s rare that a parcel is lost or damaged. However, occasionally items are damaged during delivery. If that happens, simply report the damage, return the goods and we’ll replace the damaged items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Because deliveries can sometimes get lost or damaged, we recommend our customers to wait until arrive and are checked before arranging any works related works. If you choose to arrange works prior to receiving of goods, you will do so at your own risk. The Bulb Co will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of goods not being delivered.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver within 28 days of ordering, we will always give you the option of receiving a full refund.
Saving the environment
At The BulbCo, we are commited to reducing our impact on the environment and as such, may use recycled or used packaging. If you wish to have new packaging, please leave a note when ordering.
